These conditions apply to all bookings made at Pipa Suites. If you have any questions before booking, write to us or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
Booking and payment
Booking payment: 20 % of the total price is paid when booking. A few days before your arrival, we'll email you a link to pay the remaining 80 % securely.
Deposit: on arrival, a €300 hold is placed on a credit card and released on departure if there is no damage.
Cancellations
30 days or more in advance: the full amount of the booking is refunded.
Less than 30 days in advance: the booking is non-refundable.
Your stay
Times: check-in from 2 pm and check-out by 10 am. We can be flexible if there is no other booking right before or after yours.
Short stays: stays of fewer than 5 nights carry a cleaning fee of €85 (Poolside Boutique and Bar Boutique Suite) or €95 (Azure Coast Suite, Desert Pearl Suite, The View Suite and The Cliff Suite), which is charged together with the price of the stay.
Capacity: all suites except the Bar Boutique Suite and the Desert Pearl Suite have a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, with a supplement of €30 per person per night.
Cleaning: cleaning is included in the price. For longer stays, towels and bed linen are changed regularly.
Guest registration
Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021) requires all tourist accommodation to report each guest’s details, including children, to the Ministry of the Interior. After booking we will ask you to fill in the guest registration form. You only need to do it once, so there’s no paperwork when you arrive.
